1. Overview

This website is operated by Doreco TCG ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our [Return & Refund Policy], [Shipping Policy], and [Privacy Policy], which are incorporated by reference.

Please read these terms carefully before using our site. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this website or place an order.

We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to this page. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

  • By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

4. Products, Descriptions & Condition

  • We make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately. However, colours and details may display differently depending on your screen.
  • Single cards are graded according to our condition guide (Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played). Grading is performed carefully and in good faith, but is inherently subjective; minor variations of opinion do not constitute misdescription. Where a specific card is photographed, the photograph shows the actual card you will receive unless otherwise stated.
  • Sealed products are sold as supplied by official distributors. We do not weigh, scan, map, or otherwise tamper with sealed product, and we make no guarantee regarding the contents of any sealed product, including the presence, value, or condition of any specific card within it.
  • The contents of booster packs and boxes are randomised by the manufacturer. Purchasing sealed product is not a purchase of any specific card.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Prices for trading card products fluctuate with market conditions. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already accepted.
  • Pricing errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.
  • Payment is taken at the time of order. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

6. Orders & Order Acceptance

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order (or, for pre-orders, when the item ships). An order confirmation email is acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance of it.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch, including where: the product is unavailable or mispriced; we suspect fraud or resale abuse; the order exceeds published purchase limits; or delivery to your location is not possible. Any refused or cancelled order will be refunded in full.
  • Purchase limits: For high-demand releases we may impose per-customer purchase limits, which will be stated on the product page. Orders placed in circumvention of these limits (including via multiple accounts or addresses) may be cancelled.

7. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order release dates are set by manufacturers and distributors and may change. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, though we will keep you informed of significant changes.
  • If our distributor allocation is reduced or cancelled, orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received. Any unfulfillable orders will be refunded in full.
  • Pre-order prices are fixed at the time of order and will not be adjusted up or down in response to subsequent market movement.

8. Market Value

Trading card products are collectibles whose market value fluctuates. We make no representation or warranty regarding the current or future market value, investment potential, or resale value of any product sold. A change in market value after purchase does not entitle you to a refund, price adjustment, or return.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and your statutory cooling-off rights are governed by our [Return & Refund Policy]. Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

10. Intellectual Property

  • Pokémon and all related names, logos, characters, and card images are trademarks and copyrights of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., and The Pokémon Company International. All other trading card game names and images are the property of their respective owners.
  • Doreco TCG is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, or any other trading card game manufacturer.
  • All original content on this website (text, layout, branding, photographs taken by us) is our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this website or our products to:

  • Engage in fraudulent activity, including false chargebacks, false damage claims, or returning items other than those purchased;
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to place orders or scrape the site;
  • Circumvent purchase limits;
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to cancel orders, close accounts, and refuse future service to anyone engaging in these activities, and to report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities and payment providers.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, market pricing references). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties, and any use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

  • Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of expected resale value, or loss of opportunity.
  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, distributor shortages, strikes, or extreme weather.

14. Errors & Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site containing typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, availability, or promotions. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel affected orders (with a full refund) at any time prior to dispatch.
